1bet2bet Sportsbook Review

Although being around since 2001, 1bet2bet has struggled to get a foothold in what is an increasingly competitive market.

The bookmaker has offices in the UK but are licenced and regulated by the government of Curacao. They operate under the management of Cyberdata N.V.

1bet2bet have recently run into some major problems, and in June of 2015 their e-gaming license was suspended, according to Sports Bet Review, and the website has subsequently been restricted in the UK, but still operates in other parts of Europe.

The site operates in an amazing 13 languages, including English, Dutch, French, German, Hebrew, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Russian, Romanian, Slovenian, Spanish and Swedish. The site is restricted in the US as well as the UK.

1bet2bet offer players a good variety of markets in their sportsbook and focus predominantly on Football. The bookmaker also offers players access to Games, Live Games, Poker and to their live Casino.

1bet2bet have no real online presence, with 19 likes on Facebook and no posts since December of 2015. Surprisingly this is not bad when compared to their Google+ account where they only have a mere 3 followers.

Betting Markets

1bet2bet offer competitive odds for their players, and can compare with market leaders like Ladbrokes and WilliamHill. They have a good range of markets available in their sportsbook and these include:

Football, Football Specials, Basketball, Tennis, American Football, Ice Hockey, Rugby Union, Baseball, Rugby, Volleyball, Handball, Motor Racing, Boxing, UFC, Futsal, Darts, Speedway, Golf, Cricket, Snooker, Pool and Australian Rules.

Although relatively comprehensive, it is easy to see that 1bet2bet are missing out on key lucrative markets especially in regards to E-sports, Politics and Specials.

Live Betting

1bet2bet offers a well-designed and smooth live-betting platform where they display incredibly neat and detailed visuals for an array of live sports. They also include an audio commentary, but frustratingly this is not always available.

There is also roughly 15,000 games live-streamed every year which is an incredible attraction for players. However, there is currently no cash out option and a lack of detailed statistics.

Usability of the site

The site is well designed and offers a good service for all types of players, giving an easy to navigate and familiar experience. However, the window can at times feel cluttered, especially with the adverts for live gaming spread down the right hand side of the screen.

The mobile app is well designed and feels much smoother than the desktop website. There is a 10EUR bonus for anyone player who uses the app for the first time.

1bet2bet offer great customer support and have 24/7 availability through live-chat, e-mail and phone. There have been increasing reports of problems regarding the speed of payouts, but 1bet2bet are doing their best to resolve these issues for players. In terms of payment options there isn’t a huge selection and much more choice could be added, but at least the basics are there including Skrill and Neteller.

1bet2bet have a good selection of promotions for new and existing players with a 50% welcome-bonus up to 250EUR for their sportsbook. There are also equally generous promotions for their Casino and Poker rooms.

Conclusion

Overall it is difficult to review the service on offer from 1bet2bet, because although they have a great live betting service, good markets, a well designed site and good customer support, they fail to grab my attention.

If they focused more on improving their image across social media, explain to players why their licence was suspended last year and de-clutter their site, then perhaps the bookmaker will start to gain more confidence and claim a better name for itself.
