Mr Win Sportsbook Review

The hope inspiring named online bookmaker Mr Win re-entered the market in 2017.

Mr Win is a part of the industry renowned betting company EveryMatrix, and is registered in the United Kingdom joining the already bustling gambling marketplace that is the UK after securing a UKGC licence.

EveryMatrix, based in Malta, has been in the game for years now; it’s primarily a B2B software solutions provider for the industry and has worked with big names in the space including 188Bet, Tipico, Boylesports, Sporting Index and more. It offers a variety of igaming related solutions from sports betting, to casino options, payments and more.

Mr Win offers sports betting and casino options for players, with the latter being its main area of focus. It is a part of BeGambleAware.org which encourages responsible gambling, and helps those suffering from addiction.

Mr Win has a presence across the main social channels; Facebook, YouTube and Twitter. These are not being well utilised however, as of the time of writing the Mr Win Facebook boasts just 100 Likes, whilst the links from the site just go directly to the Twitter and YouTube main homepages.

Betting markets

Whilst casino is for sure the main area of focus at Mr Win, this is not to say it doesn’t have a decent sports offering too, even if it is somewhat supplementary in its nature.

The markets which punters at Mr Win can wager on are in the following sports: Football, Ice Hockey, Basketball, Tennis, Fighting (including MMA and Boxing), Golf, Cricket, American Football, AFL, Floorball, Badminton, Futsal, Baseball, Handball, Motorsports, Cycling, Darts, Rugby League, Rugby Union, Snooker, and Volleyball.

Mr Win does not offer horse racing nor does it offer any esports markets.

There is a Specials sections which includes a decent offering in the fields of politics and entertainment.

Live Betting

Mr Win has Live Sports as one of its five main categories on its homepage. Its live betting section is quite strong; a number of sports are offered, it has a nice, clear display with easy navigation between sports and it doesn’t bog you down in unnecessary data and detail.

One thing Mr Win lacks is live streaming of matches and events, something which’ll mean it loses out to competitors, and its in-play section could certainly be jazzed up a little with some more colour and detail once a user has clicked onto a specific match. In football for example it doesn’t give users much information at all about what’s going on in the game, whereas a number of bookmakers do this smartly and therein make it an enjoyable experience even without live streams.

Usability of the site

Being a part of the successful EveryMatrix Ltd, Mr Win is unsurprisingly well designed with a sleek layout across desktop and mobile.

Its casino focus is clear from the get go, and the main categories on the landing page are, in order from left to right; Casino, Live Casino, Sports, Live Sports and Promotions.

The promotions section is okay with the usual welcome bonuses and free spins in casino games. There is also a FPP (Frequently Player Points) offering which is aimed to entice people back and reward regular players, whilst the bonus for betting on multiples should do some enticing of its own for those into sports betting.

Mr Win offers those who click on the site push notifications for ‘future offers and promotions’; this is a somewhat ambitious and hopeful move and, moreover, one which many users will find intrusive and a step too far from a bookie.

When it comes to payment providers Mr Win has this locked down, it boasts all the usual suspects including Neteller, Skrill, Paysafecard, Trustly, Visa, Mastercard and more. It does not, at least currently, offer PayPal or Bitcoin however.

Customer service at Mr Win is sufficient; it has Live Chat and email. The live chat feature is quite intuitive in that it allows you to send attachments, which could, for example, be in the form of screenshots if there is an issue that is difficult to explain with just text. Mr Win does not have a telephone helpline.

Conclusion

An EveryMatrix offering, it is no surprise that Mr Win is a smart and well designed online bookmaker. Its casino offering, which is its primary focus, is strong as are its range of promotions. We’d like to see an improvement made in the live betting section for its sports, but it’s definitely a bookie with potential.
