The parent company behind JustBet has been ‘involved in the igaming industry since the mid 90s’ giving it some sense of legitimacy though it’s unclear from the site who this company is and this lack of transparency is unsettling.
JustBet itself has been in existence since 2000 and is based, licensed and regulated in Costa Rica, it’s key not to confuse it with another JustBet which is a Kenyan sports betting operator. It doesn’t have any ambassadors to speak of nor does it sponsor any leagues or tournaments. Despite this it is well regarded on review sites such as Sportsbook Review which commends it for its fast payout and strong customer service.

A decent spread of sports but there is undoubtedly more depth and variety elsewhere, though its inclusion of esports is an indicator that it is open to introducing new markets.

Live Betting
JustBet is geared towards American players and its offering of live betting is extremely limited. A simple interface is great and it’s relatively easy to see what it has on offer for inplay but it needs to expand this section of the site.
Usability of the site
JustBet is great for US players with the major US sports well covered, the main leagues such as the NFL, NBA and MLB in particular well covered and the bet types typically favoured by these players included such as straight, parlay, teaser, and if-win.
JustBet allows players to wager with Bitcoin as of 2015, in terms of deposit and withdrawal options it also has its customers well covered. It offers debit, credit card options as well as some, but notably not all, the e-wallets included too. In this case Neteller is allowed but others such as Paypal are not.
The interface on Justbet is aimed at simplicity and users will appreciate the lack of offers being thrown at them from all corners of the site. It’s been optimised for mobile meaning bettors can wager happily on the go.
Customer service is available via email ([email protected]), live chat and over the phone. It has been reasonably well documented that the customer service team is efficient and helpful; always a great sign of a reputable bookmaker.

Conclusion
A bookmaker which has held its own online since the turn of the millennium, it’s stayed in business thanks to its delivery of good customer service and reliable, fast pay outs.
JustBet is great for betting on US sports, and for US customers, in particular with its offering of baseball, American football and basketball.
