Joinbet Sportsbook Review

Joinbet is an incredibly young bookmaker that was founded on the 15th of March 2013. The bookmaker is licensed and regulated by the island nation authorities of Curacao.

A Bulgarian entrepreneur created the bookmaker, but little else is known about Joinbet and how it operates.

Despite Joinbet’s youth, the website operates in an astounding 22 languages, including:

English, Greek, German, Turkish, Estonian, Bulgarian, Albanian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, French, Hungarian, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Spanish, Swedish and Ukrainian.

Although this appears impressive, in reality the website only operates effectively in very few of those with Greek and English being the only two. The site is restricted to mainly Europe, with players from the U.S. not being able to access it.

Joinbet obviously focuses on football as its main market, with a vast selection of odds. As well as this the site also has a Casino, a Live Casino, Poker and ‘Virtuals,’ which live streams some sports, and digitises others, to anyone who visits the site.

The bookmaker has a limited social media presence on Twitter and Facebook with very little follows or likes, and no posts for over six months on Twitter and well over a year on Facebook.

Betting Markets

Join bet has a large range of markets, covering 25 sports with a decent range of odds. However, compared to other bookmakers the odds are not competitive and this may put potential players off.

The markets are focused on football, but there is also options for Basketball, Handball, Formula 1, Boxing, Tennis, Moto Racing, the Olympic games, Long-term bets, Special Games, Politics, Ice Hockey, Volleyball, American Football, Rugby League, Rugby Union, Baseball, Cricket, Futsal, Darts, Beach Volleyball, Water Polo, Table Tennis, Australian Rules and Badminton.

One notable market missing is E-Sports and it is something the bookmaker should consider for the future. There are markets for the horses and the dogs, but these are hidden in the ‘virtuals’ and ‘live bet’ sections of the site.

Live Betting

Although Joinbet is new compared to other bookmakers, it offers a live CashOut option on certain bets, visuals and even a sort of live streaming facility, ‘Virtuals,’ which is accessible to anyone who uses the website.

The ‘Virtuals’ section does work sometimes, but it does have problems, especially when trying to stream virtual football matches, being very slow and pretty much impossible to watch. It seems there is a mixture of actual live streams mixed in with ‘virtual’ sports and it is not too clear which is which.

Usability of the site

The first impressions of this site are not positive as the website appears to be very basically designed making it appear cheap, rushed and illegitimate. This, when mixed with the confusing ‘Virtuals’ section, offers a very negative experience for new users.

The Contact section is limited to a dialogue box where you input a query and send it somewhere in the hope of a response. With no live-chat, e-mail address or phone number there is a severe lack of contact information, which should worry any player considering using this site.

There is no mobile support available.

They seem to offer very few bonuses for players except a €50 registration bonus.

There are no reviews to be found online and it is difficult to determine what problems players have had with withdrawals. The site accepts a few payment options including Skrill and Neteller, but there could be much more made available for players.

Conclusion

Due to this sites lack of information and non-existent reviews I would not recommend this to anyone. There seems to be no great attention to detail, no real bonuses, no sponsors or ambassadors and a very questionable method of customer support.

However, if you want a place to stream some sports, like the dog or horse racing, then this feature can be used even without an account.
