Betrally Sportsbook Review

Betrally is an affiliate of ZapZap Marketing Ltd., which is based in Cyprus, with the bookmaker officially being launched back in 2010. It is a sister company to Real Deal Bet and Betplay.

Betrally is powered by the SBTech Platform, which is the same system currently being used by 10bet.

They are licenced and regulated by the government of Curacao, which is also where their holding company is located in order to deal with all deposits.

The website operates in English, Swedish, Italian, German, Portuguese and Russian, predominantly focusing on its European and Australian markets. The bookmaker is not available in the US. Also, since late 2014 Betrally has been unavailable in the UK, directing its players to winner.co.uk instead.

The focus of Betrally is chiefly on its sportsbook, but there are also facilities for a casino, a live casino, online games and a ‘Virtuals’ option where players can watch good quality virtual streams across a variety of sports. Like most sportsbooks, Football is the most lucrative market on the site.

Betrally has no obvious sponsorship deals or ambassadors to promote their site. There is also an extremely limited presence on social media with only 10 followers on Twitter with their account showing almost no activity, and 192 likes on its Facebook page which hasn’t been active since April 2015.

Betting Markets

The bookmaker boast having over 60,000 unique betting events each week, covering more than 2000 bet types on over 60 sports from across the globe. The odds appear to be identical to 10bet, meaning that Betrally is competitive especially for international sports.

Betrally have almost thirty different markets currently available in their sportsbook, despite a promise of over 60. These include: Football, Basketball, Tennis, American Football, Aussie Rules, Bandy, Baseball, Beach Volleyball, Boxing, Chess, Cricket, Cycling, Golf, Handball, Ica Hockey, MMA, Motor Racing, Poker, Rugby League, Rugby Union, Snooker and Pool, Specials, Speedway, Surfing, Table Tennis, Virtual Sports, Volleyball and Winter Sports.

Although there is a market for their Virtual Sports, there is no E-Sports market and it feels like a lost opportunity for what is becoming an increasingly lucrative market.

Live Betting

Betrally’s live betting facility is incredibly comprehensive, offering a huge variety of exciting wagers with, according to Betrally, over 18,000 available every month. There is both full and partial cash out options available on all live and combo bets.

There is currently no live streaming facility, leaving the experience feeling slightly hollow, and this isn’t helped by the lack of visuals for each live event. However, Betrally compensate for this with by smartly presenting statistics and odds for each event and overall, offering a respectable, competitive service.

Usability of the site

With a promotion of 100% on up to $100AUD/€100 it is an exciting offer for potential new players, and it is the first thing you see when accessing their site. The site itself is well organised and simple to use, giving players an enjoyable and natural experience. However, the overall design of the site is not the most attractive visually, displaying a jarring green and blue colour scheme and sometimes putting too much information in the window, which can sometimes be distracting for players.

Although there is no app available, the website offers mobile support which works as well as most other alternatives on the market. The website design is arguably much more appealing when on the mobile platform which a much more simple design.

If players run into any problems, Betrally have a 24/7 customer care facility with contact through Live Chat, e-mail and phone all available. They are quick to respond, but this hasn’t prevented the site from getting into several problems with pay-outs this year alone.

Although there is not a huge range of payment options, Betrally offer the most common options for withdrawals and deposits including Skrill and Neteller.

Conclusion

Overall Betrally have a relatively good service offering a wide range of sports, competitive odds and a well-organised platform for its players. However, without an ambassador, any big sponsorship deals and a poor presence on social media this bookmaker may struggle to maintain a strong image in such a competitive industry.
