Their live betting options are limited, as they only offer some nationally televised sports including NFL, NBA and MLB for customers to live bet on. Compared to some other sites, and indeed the rest of their own nicely developed website, BetPhoenix offers a comparatively poor interface and sparse in play betting options, in addition to the limited number of games to bet on. Furthermore, they also offer limits on in-play bets to $500, and even sometimes $100.

BetPehonix offers average limits in regard to betting limits, they offer $5,000 limits on sides for the big four North American sports and $3,000 on totals. With other sports having a variety of limits including European Basketball leagues being limited to $1,000.
Conclusion
Offering a decent but not outstanding overall package, BetPhoenix leaves themselves vulnerable to competitors due to their untoward background. However, with almost five years of clean trading and practice, BetPhoenix can probably be considered a safe pair of hands. Offering a clear and decent website with great customer service they do offer a reasonably well-polished bookmakers product. However, that fact that they make withdrawals such a drawn out and long process means they still have some way to go before they will strike mass appeal in the sportsbook and bookmakers market.
